Very prompt service. Worker was thorough in the explanation of the defects of the product in price justification, since my laptop was in pretty bad condition. Staff was polite too!

Team in Tradelectronics are speedy and amazing. I live in Melbourne and wants to sell my gaming laptop. They gave me a fair offer and arranged a courier service from their side as well! pick up and delivered,inspected and paid me in 3 days! Would recommend, quote process is simple and accurate - even extended it due to me wanting to come in store. Checking the device takes a little bit of time but this is expected to make sure everything is legitimate and your device is working as it should. Sold a couple of devices I didn’t think they’d take so it’s a good way to get some cash for some unused/old tech that everyone has lying around the house.

Service was great. The test took quite a bit of time, but that meticulousness lets me know the products they sell here are legit. The price that was offered to me was also very good if compared to other places that do buybacks. If I have anything else to sell in the future, will definitely come here again! Good job and keep it up!

I recently purchased a used Intel NUC from Tradelectronics, and overall, I had a positive experience. While I encountered some issues with the software initially, the team at this place provided me with excellent service and promptly resolved the problem. Arrived just before close of business hours on Saturday evening but the team nevertheless promptly invited me inside to have my laptop device thoroughly checked/inspected and handled all processes e.g ID, transactions quickly & smoothly. Basically everything was done smoothly and professionally. I will come back here if I have other devices to deal with in the future. Highly recommend this place. 👍
